I have to worn everyone who is thinking to buy furniture from Art Classic Indonesia - at the beggening things go smoothly, Mr. Widodo is very helpful but when the problems appear Mr Widodo disappear. Our company bought from Art Classic Indonesia full container of furniture for hotel; when the furniture arrived we have noticed some cracks and rust on the metal pieces. We informed Art Classic Indonesia, Mr. Widodo promised to cover the costs of claim and then he disappeard. He doesn't reply on emails, phones ect. I have to mentioned that he gave as written guarantie about quality which was saying that he will accept all the claims as regards quality.
So it seems he is very unfair and not reliable supplier!!! BE CAREFULL WITH THIS COMPANY!!!
